A translucent lampshade diffuser is placed at the bottom of a ceiling/pendant lampshade to reduce the glare. This is particularly useful in a nursery or child’s bedroom, or where a soft glow from the bulb is required
Shape: Drum
Fitting: Sits at the bottom and within the walls of the lampshade. Easy to install - slot the diffuser in diagonally and guide it into place to sit flat at the bottom of the lampshade
Material: 1200 micron Translucent polypropylene, allows light through but is not transparent
Finish: One side has a dimpled-effect, the flip-side is smooth. Either side can be facing outwards
LED Light Bulb recommended. Max. 12W (Bulb not included)
Care Instructions: Remove diffuser from the lampshade as required, wash in cool water and mild detergent to remove dust, dry well and replace
Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, delivery charges will be detailed at the checkout, or collect by appointment.
Testing: Lampshade component parts have passed BS EN 60598-1: 2008 Lighting Association's Glow Wire Test. The lampshade covering, when bonded to the PVC lining, becomes fire retardant.
Bulb Advice: We request the use of LED light bulbs (max. 12 Watts) with all Milly & Monty Lampshades. We do not recommend the use of Halogen or Incandescent bulbs.
