Please read our terms and conditions before using the Milly & Monty website. By using www.millyandmonty.com you agree to be bound by these conditions, which apply to all transactions on this website. Any contract between us will be governed by English law. Milly & Monty reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time by posting new terms and conditions. Use of Website: Milly & Monty is not liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. If you are referred to another website by external links, we are not in control of those websites and when you leave www.millyandmonty.com we cannot accept responsibility or liability for anything on another website. You must not use this website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.
Orders and Availability: When submitting an order to Milly & Monty, you are entering into a contract with us to supply you with products as described in the product detail. This contract becomes binding upon our acceptance of your order. In the unlikely event of the product ordered not being available, we will contact you to either offer a full refund, or to discuss alternative options with you. Any refunds due to unavailability will be made as soon as possible, and within 30 days of your order. All products on this website have either been handmade by or sourced by Milly & Monty.
Product Pricing: All prices shown are in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP). Prices may change periodically without notice. VAT is not added - Milly & Monty are not VAT registered. The product price does not include delivery – ‘Royal Mail Tracked 48’ courier charges will be detailed at the check-out or on the invoice.
Payment: Payment is on a Proforma basis – all orders require payment in full prior to being processed. Payment via the website is enabled by Stripe. Stripe is a payment processor, enabling payment with all major debit and credit cards over the internet. Milly & Monty do not store any debit or credit card details. Milly & Monty do not accept cheques or card payments over the phone. All transactions shall be made in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).
Delivery/Collection: Products are couriered via the ‘Royal Mail Tracked 48’ service to the UK. If you would like to buy an item, but are based in N. Ireland or outside of the UK, please drop a message via the Contact page. I do not ship to the USA or Canada.
Handmade products listed on the website are made to order and will be dispatched within 28 days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise advised. You will be emailed when your order is despatched, with an estimated date of delivery. Collection of orders is by appointment only.
Product Information: We take great care to ensure that product details, descriptions and prices appearing on www.millyandmonty.com are correct. Products are photographed in their true condition and show their true colours, however images and colours may appear differently, when viewed on different screens. Our bespoke products are handmade to order and we cannot guarantee the exact positioning of fabric patterns and this may differ from those shown on www.millyandmonty.com If you require pattern matching, please telephone or email Milly & Monty to discuss. Seams on lampshades cannot be pattern matched due to either the size or shape of the lampshade panel or frame. When you commission Milly & Monty to make you a bespoke product, using your own fabric, we will in advance ask you to please post a sample of the fabric to Milly and Monty to check that it is suitable. Please supply a full description, including shape and size of the item required. We will then email a quote to you and upon acceptance of this quote, we will then email an invoice for payment, in advance of us commencing work. Quotes are for the addressee only and are not transferrable.
Milly & Monty Workshops are non-refundable. Delegates may transfer their workshop place to another person, for the session and product booked.
